The product arrived and at that point I find out it has no bandages. So I had to place another order and wait another five days till I can use the product. This should be mentioned on the site. It reads as if it comes complete.

Not impressed and saw no improvements

I've always wanted to give these mud wraps a go, I've seen them advertised everywhere with great reviews. I don't always get a lot of time to get beauty treatments so if I can do it myself at home then that's even better.This particular product can be used as a body wrap or in the bath. Now I've only used this in the bath so can't comment on it as a wrap. I do plan to do the wrap treatment but the first time I tried it in the bath I loved it so continued to use it like that. To use as I do you simply run your bath, pour 1-2 teaspoons into the running water and swirl with your hand. It turns a green, murky colour but the smell is exactly that of the sea which I found so odd but somewhat appealing.Be careful when getting in the bath as it can be a little slippery. I soak for the recommended time of 15-30 mins which is so relaxing! Once I'm done I get out, wait and then pat myself dry to allow the oils to absorb into the skin. My skin feels silky and looks healthier. It does leave a slight residue in the bath although it does rinse off very easily.The product arrives in a resealable foil bag, just make sure you open it properly instead of getting a bit excited like me and trying to tear it with your teeth resulting in product in my mouth and a lot in the bath. Overall a fantastic product which will last a long time as it arrives in a whopping 1000g bag!

The Body Seaweed Mask Powder from Bleu&Marine Bretania was delivered very fast and arrived well packaged.The powder comes in the signature foil pouch from Bleu&Marine Bretania. It is a fantastic packaging, it is re sealable and reusable and it keeps the powder fresh and lean from contamination. The label on the packaging shows a lot of useful information including manufacturer's details, expiry date, ingredients list and suggestions for how to use the product.The most attractive entire of this product is the fact that it contains only natural ingredients. Bleu& Marine Bretania specialise in high eng very good quality spa grade face and body products based on botanical and marine ingredients. This particular product is a body firming and smoothing mask/wrap.The product is a pale green-grey very fine powder. I followed the usage net ructions on the package and mixed 200g (approximately) of powder with a bit of warm (not hot) water, olive oil and lavender oil. The lavender helps mask the seaweed smell and it is also good for the skin. The mixture started off as a paste when I began stirring and it turned into a mouse foamy texture. It was very easy to apply with a flattish wooden spoon (I used the spoon for mixing the ingredients) and the mask went well over the skin covering the entire upper legs area (thighs and buttocks) with quite a bit of mixture left over. I applied a generous amount but I think a thinner layer would have worked just as well. The instructions suggesting wrapping a large sheet over the treated area and waiting. I haven't got such a cotton sheet and because I couldn't sit down I spent half an hour covered in the mask whilst doing my ironing! The mask stated on the skin during this time but a small amount started dropping down my legs or on the floor and if you brush past anything it will stain (it stains a chalky texture which rubs off easily when dry without leaving stains). So only minor accidents which I easily cleaned off as they happened but it might be different if you stand on a carpet.The mask looks a vivid green colour when the powder mixes with the other ingredients. The new foamy texture still holds the mask together so it can be smoothed over the body easily. The mask feels very warm (not hot) when applied to the skin but the heat sensation dissapears in about 10 minutes. Very thin patches of the mask dry to a chalky finish but the substantial layers of mask remain wet. I kept the mask on for half an hour and removed with a dry towel, then cleaned my skin with a damp towel which I rinsed as I was cleaning myself. The removal process was mess free and straightforward but of course it would be easier to just shower.I used this mask as a last minute intensive firming treatment a day before the holiday. My skin was incredibly soft afterwards and yes my legs did look firmer than before and remained in good shape for a week afterwards. I had no negative skin reactions from using this product and am incredibly pleased to have used the mask. The quantity of powder provided is 1kg which is a lot and sufficient for several targeted areas treatments or for 5 full body wraps. It can also be used in the bath for a detoxifying, softening and firming soak.This is a fantastic treatment. It has a spa quality to it, it isn't as messy to use as I feared and it leaves your skin feeling very soft and firm.I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest, unbiased consumer review.
