Helix Postal Charge Template

I find this gadget really helpful. I make my own birthday cards but I got fed up of ending up being charged large envelope price at the post office because my card was to deep, so now I can make sure I don't make them to deep or big.

This is a very useful and extremely helpful tool if you are selling items on eBay or generally posting a lot of Large Letter items. I have been selling my excess craft dies and they are all reasonably small but some need to be measured to make sure they fit as large letter. The template is basically a firm plastic ruler with cut out sections where you can use to see if the item fits through the space. If it does then you know it will fit as large letter and if it is a small card such as a post card or small flat letter then it fits as letter.I had the same template for about 11 years until I decided to hang it up on a hook so I could easily find it. It was bumped off the hook by accident, fell on the ground and broke. I do think this is well made and unlikely to break but I would not recommend hanging it up.

Good because it's sturdy and it has printed on it all the info you need as regards size, weight etc, so all the info is in one place when you're checking what postage you need. Saves time at the post office. Has a hook to hang it up if wished.And silly I know, but it feels fun and a bit gadgety trying a variety of envelopes in the hole slots! This is well made and solves a genuine problem. The Post Office can be a sticklers when it comes to the whole letter/large letter thing. Well worth the money to be sure that you are not going to saddle your recipient with excess postage (plus the "fine" that they add on top). Well made. A familiar brand.

Great product for large letters sizes. I do not have to guess anymore or get caught out charging large letter but then it goes through as small parcel and i have to pay at least £2 extra out of my own pocket!! Great little invention

It does what it says in the title. It's a must need item if your planning on sending out a lot of letters and packages.The top template has a 35cm ruler which is great as this fits the dimensions for a small to medium size parcel for Royal Mail. It also has dimensions and maximum weight for a letter and large letter written along the side of the template and it is also labelled on the actual guide holes.Only downside to the item is that the template itself feels somewhat flimsy so buyers please be aware that the template is fragile.
