Good quality for good money

The mug is high quality and keeps liquid hot for a long time. I wasn't sure about the plastic lid, but it's very functional and fits perfectly with a silicone gasket around it. Another important factor is that this mug is stable. The bombillas have functioned flawlessly. I initially considered buying the gourd from the Mateina site because it looked cool, but given the higher price, I believe I made a better choice here.

I love it. It being double-walled is great because I don't burn myself. I originally bought the clear glass one. I accidentally broke that one (yes, it's glass). When I came back to buy another one, the only one available was the blue one. I thought it would look a little kitchy (grasa para los argentinos), but got it anyways because it's so amazing that I'm willing to put up with the the color. It turns out that the color is actually much more subtle than what it seemed like from the pictures, and I actually like the blue one even more than the clear one!! Now I see that all of these in all colors are sold out. I really hope they bring them back because I'm already ready to buy another one. I see from the other reviews that some people complain about the size being a little small. I actually think it's perfect. Yes, maybe it's not big enough to share with others, but it's the perfect for me. Oh, I also REALLY like that it fits in my car's cup holder (bigger, traditional gourds don't fit). This is BY FAR the best mate I've ever owned, and I've looked far and wide. The only reason I haven't written a review so far is because I selfishly don't want others to find out about it because both times I bought it, it was in low stock!! But now I'm selfishly writing it because it's out of stock, in hopes that my one review will help them bring it back!!!

Pretty good quality

Los materiales están de primera, se ve hermoso, fuera de lo común, moderno...a la hora de la limpieza, no me gustó tanto, lo uso a veces, sigo usando más otro que tengo de silicon.

The straw gets really hot and the holes are too big. The shape makes it impossible to make the "mountain". I returned this product.
