I got this product as I was having trouble sleeping. This product helped me fall asleep in record time and I actually had pleasant dreams! 5 out of 5 would definitely recommend!

FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS AND TOOK AN HOUR BEFORE BED ONE NIGHT AND A HALF AN HOUR BEFORE BED ANOTHER NIGHT . DIDNT WORK AT ALL ON BOTH NIGHTS . WILL TRY ONCE MORE BUT I'M NOT HOLDING MY BREATH . TOO MUCH $$$ AND NO REFUNDS .....

This is an interesting product. There's nothing too exotic or unusual in the list of herbs, but it seems in combination they make for some rather vivid dream experiences. I don't think any product will induce lucid dreaming, as there's some inner work and intention required. Similar to how a supplement will not just give you muscles, you'd have to still go to the gym and put in work. But as stated the quality of dreaming while using this is noticeably vivified. On the bottle it says take 3 droppersful 1 hour before bed. Being somewhat of a lightweight, I think I can get by with 1 dropperful, maybe a little more if I feel like it. Would recommend.

I tried this product for 2 weeks straight (14 nights in a row) and it didn't work for me. No lucid dreams, no improved dream quality, none of it. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't? There's really no science to back it besides the list of ingredients and their effects on the body.The liquid tastes very sweet and leaves a small, slightly scratchy feeling at the back of your throat- almost like hemp. Tastes a lot like help too but with some added sweetness.Your mileage may vary.

Now this is an interesting "supplement" I guess I'll call it. I took to see if it would actually help me with lucid dreaming. For the first night, I did not experience anything different, but since it was my first night, I would still keep going. A few nights later it happened, but only once. The nights that came after I didn't really experience them that much. Perhaps it is just me, but for others, it may work more effectively. I don't usually go over the recommended dosages, so I can not say if higher doses will work. I say this is worth a try. The taste isn't so bad either.
