Very good product, useful, easy to install, baby proofing
Really worth buying this, was very easy to install and fit perfectly for us, and material is also good quality, very useful for keeping toddlers from climbing the staircase, the safety mechanism for opening gate has been well thought of! Recommend new parents to have this mandatorily on their list of baby proofing items

Disappointed
I ordered the size 83 - 104 CM, but it doesn't fit my 96 CM door way. I expected the extender to be included with the product, but it wasn’t provided.

working fine
Everything as expected but I lost one of the end screw to fix on the wall and it was not found. It became a big problem in fixing the gate

Sturdy and secure
The frame is quite sturdy and once properly mounted is quiet secure even with the extension. Liked the ease of setup as no extra tools are required. The auto-close works well and the gate gets locked securely in its place (though there is a bit of a clang, and it may be just enough to wake up a sleeping toddler). The gate holds its alignment very well though a toddler might go and pull on it. All In all, it's worth the price.

Product is good but down side lock is not opening while unlocking the gate it is lock but while unlock we need to unlock manually
