Works great!
I am hobby home baker and I mostly make decorated sugar cookies. I’m not really a meringue powder brand loyalist but I liked the Hobby Lobby brand until they increased the price & changed the formula. This is the first brand I’ve bought since I ran out of my HL brand and I like it! I will definitely buy it again when I run out.

Weak, had to use double what I normally use
I make about 8-10 dozen cookies per week so I go through meringue like water. This was my first time using this product and I was disappointed. I had to use double the amount that I normally use for 1 batch of royal icing. I ended up ordering a different brand and cut this stuff with it. I’d rather spend a few extra dollars to get a better brand.
