CLEAT HOOK CURTAIN BLIND TIE BACK CHROME 63MM WITH SCREWS ( pack 2 )

I bought these cleats to secure the cords from our Venetian blinds. They are smaller than I imagined them to be but they do the job for which they were required. Because the window bays are plasterboard I had to replace the small screws provided with something more substantial of my own that would work with plasterboard fixings.

Compact but sturdy

Bought for use with a roman blind. Most users will want to fix the cleat in masonry and therefore the tiny supplied screws are useless. I ended up using 3/4" size 6 screws that gave a decent secure fix in the wall, (using rawl plugs), and fitted through the cleat.These are tiny and are only suitable if using a thin cord.

Delivery was okay but the hooks were a bit smaller than I thought they would be - and the small screws will need to be replaced by something that will be able to provide greater security in attaching it to the wall. This should have been considered when you think of the purpose of this product - and its daily use. Hooks should look nice enough once installed - though I think I should have gone for something larger - and better quality.

Solid and stong, slighly angular which gives it a more modern feel, very happy with them
