Lowered glucose on partial daily dose
I have been using this product for just over 2 years. I usually take 2 capsules a day. I can tell from blood sugar readings each day that it has had a great effect of approximately 10-15 points each morning only taking 2/3 of the recommended dosage. Ceylon type is the best way to go without the potential side effects of other cinnamon types.

Wonderful flavor
I actually open the capsule and put the cinnamon in my coffee, it's wonderful with a smooth taste. My mom has a blood sugar issue so I got a bottle for her as well . She couldn't believe how her numbers went down. ( in about 3-4 wks )My mom is no longer on medication for it thanks to Mother Nature & some people's honesty ! She asked her Dr. why he never mentioned this . All he said was that's good to use & put his head down .
