The product is exactly what was ordered and what was expected.However, the first one I ordered took over a month to get here and by then I had reordered the item. They offered me $.02, yes, 2 pennies as a refund the first go round. After reaching out again, they offered a full refund but when I took it to mail it back, the shipping is as much as the item. What a nightmare. I would never order from this company again because of their return policy.

I've ordered 3 of these motors and they have all been great. They truly have earned this 5-star rating. They are super high torque, even more than I was expecting. If you're mulling this over comparing with another $10-15 motor, get this one instead, don't even think about it it's very much worth it. Only wish it were Prime-available.

I ordered two of these motors for a project that needed a matched pair. One arrived damaged and did not work. It had a significant dent in the rear of the motor. Both gear motors arrived in only a bubble wrap bag. I returned the damaged one and there are no more available so I can't replace it. I had to order 2 more entirely different motors. It is too bad that the company didn't put a little more effort or money into packaging. The working motor was strong and seemed to run well.
