So many products I have purchased from IBall brand, every time I got value for money. Good and nice working, it's kills mosquito and bugs also.. I think every home need this

This bug zapper works fine but when the bulb stopped working it became useless can't find replacement bulb in the market.

I bought 4units as I found it's a usefull product as it have a tube light that attracts all flying insects

I’m writing this review after 4 months of ordering date.I ordered eit in the month of April and then It worked amazing for a month and then one day tubelights stopped working.I raised the concern to the support team of ibell for warranty support, Calling them doesn’t work, emailing them doesn’t work they only respond on WhatsApp when they are feeling to reply.Somehow I managed to tell them the issue and then they sent me tubelights thinking they got burned, I got them replaced but it didn’t worked.Again raised complaint to the same WhatsApp number which took them more then 3 weeks to figure and respond they asked me to get it fixed by any local technician and they will give me refund of the money whatever spent upto 250₹.Non of the local technician were able to solve the problem they said some components of this circuit are burned which we will not get anywhere.I told this to ibell team and they asked for serial number and then sent me different circuit to be replaced. I shower it to local technician where he said they are completely different not of any use ask company to send correct circuitAgain I asked them to sent right circuit sent serial number again and the picture of original circuit and also the wrong circuit which they sent may be by mistake last timeAnd guess what they again sent the wrong circuitSpending almost 2k and the product worked only for a month.I am feed up of this brand and the productI might have to go to consumer court nowIt was really messed up item and the brand

I think the product was useful I was using since last 3 months in my shop.It is safety and value for money and easy to use and no noise
