a very interesting book to read

I just finished the book and it really changed my mindset about money. It's not so much about earning but how to save what you have and grow it. It's written for Australians so the tips are not 1:1 convertible for Germany or other countries in detail (like insurance, shares...) but the strategies can definitely be used. I did some serious research about how to come close to i.e. the bucket strategy with our German bank institutions and it really gave me a feeling for money which I didn't have much before. I always "was okay" with my income but had no idea where I spent it every month. This books makes you want to investigate, look for alternatives and even have fun. I now set myself a maximum amount for spending each week and guess what - suddenly I'm even saving bucks ;) The book is written understandably and like a close friend is giving you financial advice for your life. I personally think it is a great additional help for everyone who wants to make a change in their own financial life - and have fun while doing so.
