Oh, my gosh! I love this thing! Where has it been all my life! It's so perfect for my life style. I love music and I love to sleep with it on. I got this hoodie pillow case for when I go camping a D stay over at my friends houses. The pocket is amazing for your phone or ipod. I have a note 3 and an I pod touch 6 and both fit in there perfectly. The pock also had the ability to move around inside the the pillow case. I was worried the hoodie would be to small or not it in the right spot...But, no its perfect and big enough. I also way sleep with a eye mask to keep the dark out , and this is wonder and adds to the comfort and keeping light out. I'm also a side sleeper and I was able to sleep on my side with this too. I have been using the hoodie pillow every night sins I got it. .I'm not sure on other reviews way some people had a problem with it but it work for me and I'm over 30 years old!; )

This is amazing. At first I thought is was a gag gift, but it's amazing. I suffer from anxiety and light sleeping. Using the hood helps me stay asleep at night or fall back asleep easily if I do wake up. The only downside I have found is that if you are a pillow flipper this will not work for you, because the hood is only on one side. The convient pocket is great to keep things handy as well. Considering I am curently using this pillow in the winter it is perfect being made out of sweatshirt material. I imagine it may be too warm for the summer though. One thing I had to adjust was trying knots in the pull strings so they do not get pulled thru the hood. I also use the hood when I am suffering from migraines and am light sensitive.

This thing is soft. Super soft. My only concern with the material is the tightening string, which came out of the hoodie on the first night and was a major pain to reinsert.This is a great pillow if you sleep mostly on your back, and live in a cold area. During the Polar Vortex, it was nice and toasty. Unfortunately, if you toss and turn a lot, or are in a particularly toast room, then the hood will get in the way as often as not. You can sleep on your side with this pillow, but you have to flip it over if you want to sleep on your stomach (unless you don't mind jamming your face into a good, or dealing with a weird flap of loose fabric).Finally, it really isn't big enough to use while sitting up unless you're rather short, or are in a reclined position that might not be comfortable if you're over six feet tall. I tried using this with a pillow on my computer chair, only for the pillow to dangle off of my head. I also looked like a demented pillow nun, which I guess might be a selling point for some people?

This pillow is very soft. It blocks out the sun perfectly in my room that has no curtains and direct sunlight. The only annoying thing is that you have to lay your head in the middle of the pillow otherwise your face lays uncomfortably on the strings of the hoodie. Also, my room is very hot and so is the hoodie. I cannot put the hood on during the hot nights because otherwise I wake up in a full body sweat. I would not recommend this to someone without air conditioning or somebody who lives in a hot climate.

Soft, comfy.....it’s like lying down and sleeping on your favorite hoody. I cover my eyes with the hood, and off to sleep I go. Even just in the couch watching a movie and I can’t live without it. Highly recommend! Bought for my teen Nieces for Christmas and got their names printed on the hat part and they were a hit! FYI I was reading in some other reviews that it’s not great for side sleepers and I’m one of those but I would have to disagree. I just roll over and it still works perfectly!!!!! Thank you to whom ever created this!

I saw this a while ago on a tv show I Want That! After it sat around in my Amazon "save for later" cart I finally broke down and bought this knowing that it'll probably look ridicules. I have to say though it is AWESOME! I have always thrown a pillow over my head to block out light and now all I have to do is flip up the hoodie! Keeps my eyes from having too much weight on them and is far easier to move around and keep it over my head and to readjust.I also was surprised how much I enjoyed the sweatshirt material, very soft. I more than likely won’t use the Cellphone/headphone holes much, only on long road trips.All in all I am in LOVE with this and the hubby wants one too!!

This is for me is a good product. Its not great, its not perfect, its not something i went looking for. I sleep during the day due to a 12 hr shift at night. Im also not really a fan of sleep masks. I seem to prefer wearing a hood over my head to block out enough light to allow me to sleep more comfortably. For the price i gave it a shot. It works well for me. I may order a second just to have a spare.
