I had mice in December 2021 and really did nothing to prevent them from coming back like blocking access, only baiting once they were here.At the end of Oct 2022, I see bait missing and I know they are back. I rebait and order this plugin and pray to the gods it will be more effective than the last one I order back in 2021 (different brand). it arrives about 2 days later, coming to Ireland that's decent.It's now April and there has been zero evidence of the mice returning. not a second nibble nothing at all and I check regularly where I have baited.I have it set to the second setting with the blue light in the room I think they are coming in from (could be wrong, haven't really looked into it) rather than where the bait went missing. When I'm away for more than a day I turn it up to the highest setting.I'm actually going to buy another one just encase anything happens to this one. For me, it works fantastically well.

Good product which is very easy to install. Works well although takes a few days to have effect - definitely noting a reduction in pest noise. Also has the added bonus of reducing the barking of my dog!!

We used this in combination with poison and blocking access routes to get rid of the rats in our cavity wall.The first night the rodent noise really increased, I like to imagine them scurrying around collecting their belongings with their paws in their ears and then silence, they seemed to have gone!I kept it on the blue setting for a couple of weeks and have now had it unplugged for two weeks.The rats don’t seem to have returned as we blocked their access and I think the deterrent made them leave before they ate the poison and died in our cavity wall creating a stink. So when used in combination I would say this is a very effective device.The kids and I could hear it on the maximum setting but it doesn’t advise you use that when people are in the house. Otherwise none of us could hear it on blue or green.

I have one rat in my single garage, so not very big but enough hidey holes for it to remain hidden. I have a trail camera set up to see what it is doing. Set this ultrasonic repellent up on highest setting (major infestation !!!). After 2 weeks the “BIG” blighter is still happily roaming around the garage at night! Put it onto the 2nd setting to see if that worked, no difference. I had a cheaper one of this type some years ago, I think it worked, but this one is totally useless!!! Honestly, don’t buy this one, certainly would never recommend. Back to good old rat poison, which also rarely works either.

Sleek design & sufficiently compact device not to be intrusive to the ambience of home, but with wide repellent range. One sighting of mouse in kitchen so turned to seek inline advice. Appreciated other positive reviews of this device & with typical prompt delivery from Amazon, easy plug in there has been no evidence of any mouse activity for over a month. Have since purchased additional devices for even extra coverage - 'prevention the best form of cure.' Thank you for such peace of mind
