I’m not a super gym rat but enough that I got it. I think it’s a solid squat pad. It works does exactly as it should. The only complaint I have is it isn’t as tight around the bar as others. As you can see in the pictures if turned gravity will just have it fall. Requiring the straps (included) I just avoid it bc I don’t feel like doing the extra step.The ankle straps are solid. Velcro not crips or snaps. Soft but firm. They’re a tad on the thicker side width wise. I have shorter legs so it’s a bit wide (height wise) but still nothing to complain about. All works solid.The bag is helpful though I wish it was a smidge bigger. If the ankle straps are in there getting the bar of in takes TIME, you have to take the straps out to put the pad in then the straps. Seems trivial but who wants to fuss w that if you don’t have to 🤷🏻‍♀️.Over all solid. & very reasonably priced
