So my daughter and I usually got to the nail salon to get gel x. But it’s super expensive. I wanted to try it at home. These nails are seriously good quality. And there are so many size options that my daughter and I both found nails that fit perfectly. I bought a different set from another vendor so I had the light and glue. I didn’t like those nails though. I am terrible at painting my nails so I did but the nails stand and pre painted the nails before I glued them on. Totally the way to go to get that salon look. I’ll definitely be purchasing from this particular vendor again!

I've been trying to do my nails at home because I love having my nails done but can't justify the price at a salon. These are a great addition to my nail kit. They are very durable and hold up for two weeks with no issues. I have used these and other sizes of the same brand. Love them!

This is the second set of gel extensions I've done. The first set was "short" which was a bit too long for me for daily use. Was away from home and needed to fix my nails in a pinch and so ordered this kit because it had a lot of what I'd need.The sizes are good and very natural, and the case they come in seems well designed and able to keep the nails from moving too much. Unfortunately, I have found some that moved, so the design can definitely been improved.The small light is difficult to use to flash cure, but good for curing for longer periods of time after that. You can only do one or two fingers at a time though, a more standard light or one meant for flash curing or both would be better. I'm a pinch it did work was just a bit more finicky - you're better off purchasing just the nails and getting the flash cure and full hand lights elsewhere.Really appreciate the very realistic and natural lengths these nails come in - saves me a lot of time from having to file each nail to get the size I want.The glue could be better - i used a brush on gel for my first set and the issue is that it pops off quite easily and moves around making it difficult to press and hold and cure in the right place without bubbles. This gel glue is a bit thicker, but harder to get out of the bottle and control - I definitely wound up with some glue outside of where it out to have been and am hoping this hasn't led to some issues (curing gel products on the skin can cause the development of allergies, definitely want to make sure as much as possible is off the skin before curing, which I thought I did, only to find a sticky substance later).Some reviews are complaining that the dehydrator and primer are not included, though the instructions say required. They are not strictly speaking "required" - the nails, glue, and light will work without them, but dehydrator and primer will help them last longer. The main ingredient in many dehydrators is alcohol and wiping your nails with alcohol on a lint free wipe will help dehydrate your nails. Primer chemically etches the surface to rough it up, which helps the gel to adhere better - you can also use a nail file and manually rough up your nails.These nails are roughed up on both sides for you, so you don't have to use primer or take a file to it to rough it up - you just need to rough up your nails a little bit.I struggle to grow out my nails and paint them nicely, I find that these gel extensions help keep my nails healthier and stronger without much effort from me, though it does take me a few hours every time and I am trying to resist the urge to remove them all and redo them for every minor mistake. With the exception of the glue, these mistakes are largely user error and my nails look much better with this system than anytime I've done them before.

Love how it’s thin, and feels like a real nail and isn’t heavy very light. Love that everything u need is in the box.it’s a bit long fo my preference but its ok.

I just used these for my nails and they look very nice. I was looking for a sturdier set of tips that didn't split and although I've only had these on a week, I like them much better than what I had before. They are still thin enough where they glued to your nail, but appear to feel much stronger. I'm happy with these. The only drawback is that the nail tips run smaller than any I've used before so I won't be able to use a lot of them, which is disappointing. It's a shame we can't buy only the size that fits!

There is good and bad with this nail kit. The good is that they look great and are easy to apply. I suggest that you watch the videos rather than following the instructions that come with the kit.The bad.... Will they last 30 days- NO. Will they last 10 days - NO. These are for very temporary wear such as weddings and special events. The glue is a little messy but not a huge issue. I'm sure everyone's nails are different but to me it seems like the glue sticks to my nails very well but not so much to the fake nail. The first nail came off on day 2 but the glue was still on my natural nail an very difficult to remove. The fake nail came off clean with no gel on it at all. Day 4 two more nails came off the same way. Glue on my natural nail and none on the fake nail. They do look great right until they don't. I'll keep trying.

I'm no professional and just started doing soft gel/Gel-X at home this year. I On my stubby nail beds, they look between a short/medium length. I'm not a fan of lengths that I have to "work around" so it was really hard at first for me to find a length that was short enough and since I found this option, I have basically bought this brand's extensions in every shape because they offer XS length and it works great for me as I have short nail beds. I also do my sister-in-law's nails, who has way longer nail beds than me and the shape and fit work great for her as well (on her, they look more on the XS/short side). An unintentional side benefit of these nails for her is her eczema has improved because the nails dull her ability to scratch her skin. That being said, the thickness is perfect in my opinion, where they are thick enough to be durable but don't feel thick like acrylics. Great value and also function because they are pre buffed, which means saving time.

They require little to no filing, but they're too brittle. I snapped one in half opening my car door!All in all, durability sucks, but they look nice!

Amazing nails

I like the shape of these nails, they were exactly what I was looking for but these are NOT short at all. I can’t imagine getting medium. It’s too much work to trying to file these down to a shorter length but I will keep for times I want longer nails but for now I will keep looking for actual short nails
