Indoor Bonsai

It was a gift so I only know that the woman who is caring for her new tree is happy and feels she knows what she's doing!!!

I liked all, the book is special for me!

I tthink this is an excellentt book. Good for a beginner like me. I give it 4 stars because the information is 30 years old. it was published in 1985, not 2013. I can't see that any revisions were made since it was first published.

if your a beginner than this is a great book to start with. even if your not a beginner then there's still a lot of good tips.

I had seen the book in the library, but I wanted my own copy. Now I have my own copy.

I orginally bought this book when it was first published back in the 80's, and it has remained my 'Bonsai Bible' ever since.Although it only deals with varieties of trees/plants that can be grown as Bonsai indoors, it is really very informative about Bonsai history, techniques, styles, maintenance and care, all of which can be applied to outdoor as well as indoor varieties.For anyone who is serious about growing Bonsai indoors (in UK/Northern Europe) this book is indispensable and well worth the purchase price.Note:- for anyone who has/ had an earlier copy of this book, only the front and back cover have been updated. All the text, photos, etc, remain the same as the original publication. Some of the photos now appear rather dated!

Great book.

Its an ok beginner book about bonsai but there are better out there. As a indoor grower myself for many years i had high expectations but there where alot of wrong and outdated information and in my oppinion a messy layout.

A most helpful book to start with indoor bonsais. Lots of excellent pictures. The best book under the title that I have found! Highly recommended!
