Good quality, comfortable, good arch support, easy to size & cut by following the size guide right on them.

While I love the comfort the gel inserts give; if you have foot pain a rigid insert is going to help relieve pain more so than these inserts. But if you’re someone who has worn out padding in their feet due to aging or other factors then these will work great!

Easy to cut to size and fit into the shoes. Super comfortable for the price ya can't go wrong. And they stay in the shoe when ya take your shoes off so that's a plus. Very nice

These insoles are comfortable and truly washable. I’ve tried others that fell apart when they got wet. Not these! I especially like them in my water shoes. The surface layer is soft for bare feet and provide arch support too. And the gel bottoms provide some resistance in the shoe so they don’t slip around when I walk. Well worth the money!

Although these insoles are size adjustable, they shouldn’t be more than 3 size adjustable. I need to cut them to a sz 6. Which is outlined on the back of the insert. After cutting to sz. the arch was in such an odd place I couldn’t use. Money wasted lesson learned.

Where to start?Best to use as “filler insole” for a loose fitting pair of shoes, under a quality one. Unresponsive, the trim to fit insole does not trim easily, leaving a rough forefoot area and a fixed arch length. Better to purchase one for a specific size, where arch, ball of foot, heel, etc, are relative to the overall size.
