Mcb was not working.. built quality not good .. i have called saverl time to coustomer care .. but no response from there side .. they only say we will call you sir after 15 min .. that's it .. and too much electricity consumption..

The first and most glaring issue with this product is that the image displayed online and the product I received were completely different. The online images showcased a sleek, modern thermostat with advanced features, which led me to believe I was making a smart purchase. However, what I received was a subpar, generic-looking thermostat that bore no resemblance to the advertised product. This level of deception is unacceptable.When I realized that I had received a completely different product, I promptly applied for a replacement, thinking that there might have been a mistake. However, my request was met with indifference and delay. It took a significant amount of time and effort to get in touch with customer service, and even after doing so, I received the exact same product as a replacement. The whole ordeal was a long and frustrating struggle, and I only managed to get my money back after persistent follow-ups.

Worth for money

It was really good product but hard to use in bathrooms, we should be very careful on handling this, yes should be very careful.Make sure to switch of every time after use and if you're not careful, please don't buy this and blame the product.I said tough for bathroom use, but still we can use it on bathrooms with very cautious. Power consumption was not that high as heater rods,Overall I would say it was a good buy if you are a careful person.Thanks

Good quality product , But my personnel feeling that based on the the parts they have used for this heater construction price is little bit high.I am literally unhappy, because MCB got failed after just two months usage,Still i am rating 4 because the way they have responded to my complaint login, It was very quick response.Buyers : Its a good product , you can prefer to buy.To Mr.shot management team: Try to improve the inbuilt quality , Switches are aligned properly & fittings are not up the quality visualized before product reach to me.If you work on those areas, product reach in market will be unimaginable like anything
