This works great and has no issues with heated sheets of kydex at oven temperature 300° F

Tried to give 5 stars, wouldn't let me... This foam is rigid and lasts me about 35-40 knife sheaths. That is great compared some other products that will give me only 25 if I'm lucky! Could probably be used for more, but as a knife maker I require my sheaths to have clean crisp lines so I can put the custom made knives I made in them to sell

SO this foam works great for thermomolding knives as they are flat and this foam is quite stiff. If you are doing anything thicker than a knife then you will need softer foam to go in between this firmer foam. For knives it works great though so thats why I gave 4 stars still

This product is listed correctly and is exactly what I ordered. However, it is way too stiff to form to any type of firearm or magazine for making a taco style holster it may be OK to use to make a double-sided Kydex holster however I have not tried to make that style yet

Do not purchase these. Save yourself time and money and go to Home Depot and buy a kneeling pad. These are very stiff not at all flexible and will burn up with even 100° kydex. Horrible product do not purchase. The attached picture is only after two presses.

I made my own press with his foam plates in order to make knife sheaths. It was very easy to cut, it is very dense and I will be excited to use it on my first sheath.
