Very Poor Quality and not as described
This item is advertised as "one piece design that will not fall apart" - when I removed it from its box the handle had already fallen off, so clearly not a one piece design. Inside the hollow handle there was a rusty nut, used to attach the handle, so not entirely stainless steel either. I'm returning for a refund.

Good honing knife
Well made strong honing knife. Not much I can say except that it does it's job really well. My next step would probably be practicing getting the angle right and doing it right

Rust!
I keep this in my knife block and make sure to dry it after every wash, however I still got some rust near the hilt and spotted along the shaft.

This is a great butcher's steel.
My grandfather told me that the proper way to use a butcher's steel is to hold it firmly in your left hand and drop it in the garbage. Still he used one every day. The trick is to get the angle absolutely consistent with every pass and spend enough time. I have been able to get even 440 stainless steel pocket knives (Carbon steel is easier but doesn't hold an edge as long) so sharp they will shave the hair off of my arm. This is a great produce.
