I bought this to hang a second tv above an existing one in my garage. It worked well, though I'd take note of the minimum drop that you can have - I used my intuitive judgement (luck) and it worked out perfectly.It takes two people to adjust the tilt, so be nice to your wife.

I didnt realise but the settings you can have on the fixing that attaches to the wall/ ceiling is only exactly flat (0 degrees) or exactly 90 degrees. There is not any adjustment in between, which I think the Amazon listing implies.Therefore there is no way this can be considered suitable for slanted roofs. I'm failing to understand how this can be adverstised as so. It is only suitable if you want to hang it from a flat ceiling straight down (where it would be 90 degrees from the wall fixing).

This is just about acceptable for the money. It’s not great quality, the instructions aren’t great but what should we expect at this price. It works, the TV is suspended.

I couldn’t reduce the height to as expected from diagram so had to modify by cutting down and re-drilling

Great for space saving in sons bedroom My son likes the height so the pole is extended to full length which can make it a bit wobbly would be better at a higher level. But great buy
