Strange smell on opening, wasn't sure whether to keep it or not. After leaving it out and not using it the smell has gone. Still haven't used it though!

Looking at some of the older reviews, perhaps the supplier of manufacturer has changed something.I received this folded in order to fit into a bag that was easier to manage, but as soon as I opened it out to full length and plumped it a bit, it was fine with no uneven filling obvious to me.I would say it is closer to the softness of a nice pillow than the firmness of an orthopaedic support - it might not suit what everyone wants.I find it comfortable and it was great to receive a pillow-case with it. I get quite annoyed if I buy a bolster and then cannot find a pillowcase to fit (eg a bolster I recently bought from John Lewis, only to find that they did not supply or sell suitable pillowcases).

Very soft and comfy pillow. My only concern was there was a small opening in the seem on one side. It was no problem I just ditched it back up and it’s been fine ever since. Would definitely buy again as I think it was just a manufacturer error. My only other improvement would be to make the pillow case slightly softer as before washing it was very slightly itchyDespite this Would definitely buy again 👍🏻👍🏻

Like the item especially as it come with a good cover for it. Very soft. Personally wish it was a little firmer as it has easily lost its size and does not bounce back to its original size.Still I do recommend

The cushion is very big but good and stitches all seem fine. I paid extra to receive a white cover and it arrived in cream. The seller said I’d have to return the whole thing so I left it as I can’t be bothered with the hassle. Annoying though as now I’ll need to buy an actual white cover and throw this cream one away and not get my money back for this element.

I use it to sleep with it, so I didn’t like much because is “tall”, but other than that, is very comfortable

Perfect length and fits the gap between the bed and the wall perfectly. The partner is always on about needing a little barrier and now he won’t be stealing all my bed cushions. So I’m happy.

These pillows are way too soft to be orthopaedic.
