I had received a defective item, which with stitches coming off at the seams. However,after a formal complaint to the seller and Amazon, the item was quickly replaced efficiently without any further hassles. So, Kudos to the seller just for that alone👍On the other hand, I would like to add that personally I did not like the item much. The zipper was too thick and it wasn't exactly comfortable opening and closing it. Otherwise, everything else was fine. And that's just my two cents.

Very wonderful product

I loved the quality. I was so thrilled that someone has put in efforts to make a kids product so sturdy and user friendly. It was a task to carry little things like erasers toppers and tiny decoration but now this works for all purpose. All the items pencil erasers toppers sharpners ruler small glue and sketchpens get accomodated in one.
