i purchased a pair of these for my 99 Beetle in 2014 they came with brake pads, this unit did not and it cost $30.00 more.!!!!!!!!!!The original purchase leaked after 20 months.!!!!!!!!Why did I buy again, exact fit.You take your chances with "rebuilt"
