The Life Cycle of the Butterfly Paperback – Illustrated, 1 Jan. 2003

This is a beautifully illustrated book describing the life cycle of the Monarch Butterfly. My kindergarten students have been able to absorb accurate information and they enjoy "reading" this book to the younger students in our mixed-age Montessori classroom.I highly recommend this book!

Very informative and a lot of detail. Very up to date as far as pictures and colors . It worked well for my kindergarten and first grade kids . I used this in conjunction with the Insect Lore butterfly caterpillars that you send away for.

I used this book for a life cycle unit in my third grade class. We all enjoyed it and learned many new facts that many books leave out! It was the perfect level for my students!
