I have given this 4 stars as, the adhesion is not great at all. I end up putting these on and then wrapping a bandage around my arms/waist to keep them in contact with my skin.Other than that though, it absolutely does contract your muscles, albeit painful (if you're not used to these).I recommend but only if you can deal with the adhesion issues like I have. Batteries last quite some time before needing a recharge as well.

100% useless
Purchased to replace a previous electro stimulator used with satisfaction for over two years. This product is totally useless, the electrical stimulation is so weak that it does not even cause the muscles to contract. Tried it in every available way, even at maximum intensity. 100% useless purchase.

Feel pretty good!!
The media could not be loaded. Strong enough to feel every working muscle. If you are mom and extra tone for your body. Can definitely feel my muscles were worked after wearing it. It is a good product and it makes my muscles tense.Best thing is...You can wear this while doing just about anything else. I wear mine while watching movie.

After 8 days - it does do something!
Very sceptical of products like this, so here is a balanced review after 8 days use.Firstly, delivery was quick and instructions are straightforward. I recommend using the lowest setting of 1, when you start.Secondly, there is no clear guidance on what the different settings do and how they work. I’ve used 5 of the setting types and tend to revert back to ‘Massage’ as I feel this works the most.The devices automatically switch off after around 12 minutes of use. I have been using twice daily (as recommended).So, after 8 days what are my thoughts….The EMS does work your abs or whatever muscle group you put them on. I don’t believe for one minute that just using this Will give you abs, however I do believe it will strengthen them. Thus making further workouts easier to do. Finally , the sticky pads do not last a long time. I am now using the reserve sticky pads, so you will need to buy some more in the first month of use.

I didn't find it that great!
I used this religiously for about 3 months, combined with cycling and watching the amount I eat (wouldn't say dieting). I think it made a bit of an impact, but not much.After three months, the electric thingys have lost their oomff, so that's disappointing. The pads are really fiddly, plus I found didn't last long, so I had to buy new ones. All in all, I have found the product a bit disappointing.

Good quality
I use for 1 week , the muscles going firming alot. I have neck pain for long time I use this product to relax my neck muscles ,surprise me it's gone ,normal pain. I will recommend for my family and friends.
