Works as advertised. I did not realize it was this simple to replace or the part/name I needed.Was quite fed up with Toyota as I informed them every time almost 5 years at my 5k checkups under warranty that there was a leak and I could sometimes smell something and it was obvious there was an issue right here at the junction under the hood.I was not aware there was a crack. There were slightly cheaper options but saw this was a 2 pack and would have a spare so thought "why not?"Fit just fine and saw an instant decrease in the fluid discharged so it will save me money in the long run of windahield wiper fluid.As advertised. Just as advertised, swapped out the original 3 way valve with this. It is now properly functioning. Spraying evenly on both nozzles.***Previous issue and problem is that the driver worked accordingly but was intermittent on the passenger side.

These come two to a pack, ordered and installed one. A few days ago, the washers quit working. By the time I got the second one in a few days later and determined that it fixed the same problem the first one did, the return period had closed or I would return these two. I'm just going to have to order a good one from either the factory or somebody who takes a factory piece and sticks it in their package. These certainly aren't close to factory, The factory one lasted 11 years. To say I'm dissatisfied would be an understatement, I feel ripped off. I may go ahead and complain to Amazon anyway.Update: June 4, 2024. Received Dorman 926-335, I am pretty certain this washer valve is an OEM, that is to say Toyota original part in the box. I ordered it from an alternate supplier, it worked correctly because it is not a knock-off. The actual problem was that the fake part does not evenly supply washer fluid to both nozzles so you have to run the washer function several times. This ACTUAL correct replace distributes the fluid perfectly.

It's not exactly OEM, but it worked. After reconnecting my lines I tested it to see if their were any leaks. And there was. I ended up just using some good ol' hot glue to seal it. I would imagine super glue or something of that nature would also prevent it from leaking. It's not perfect but it's cheap and with a little DIY to fix the leak, you should be good to go.
