Very pleased!
This took me just 45 minutes to assemble, and I thought that was slower than necessary if I had been more familiar with the pieces. A second one would probably take about 30 minutes or less. The directions are easy to follow. All the parts were there, including the necessary tools and they were packed neatly into the carton. It is heavy-duty metal and the end product is solid. It is a sturdy rack and I'm very happy to add it to my guest room! The only suggestion that I can make is that the screws in the pivot areas are too long - they stick out on the other side (inside) more than I like for a truly clean look. This is one of the most "value for the money" items I have ever purchased.

Great product for value!
This is very sturdy and reliable, it is not fun to assemble and the directions to do so can be confusing. Eventually when you get there, the product surprises because it's very good. I would recommend to family and firends.

Inexpensive and functional but heavier than expected
These luggage racks solved a problem I didn't realize I had. Personally, I don't care where my suitcase sits, but I guess it helps to have them off the floor for my 79 year old father. These are solid racks and do the job perfectly.The only drawback is the weight. I wasn't expecting them to be this heavy. I guess I didn't think about it when I placed the order. They're definitely solid and should last a lifetime. Now I just need to find a good hiding spot for these monstrosities until the next visitor comes.

Quite a few pieces to put together, but looks very very sturdy. I don’t see any weak points like other ones that I was seeing. Would buy again.

VERY difficult to put together because instructions are not accurate.
Though this luggage rack was VERY difficult to figure out assembly, once assembled, looks very nice. The instructions are not accurate but there aren't that many pieces so it was easy to eventually figure it out.

Update it broke
I’m a FA and need a luggage rack for my suitcase and lunch bag. They go on many different aircraft’s, see all types of vans and hotels. If only I could wash my suitcase after every trip. It was easy to put together. I did love it until it broke. Just when I was going to order a white one for my guest room. I’m sad I no longer have a luggage rack
