These gummies are so delicious that although the serving is 2 gummies I sometimes eat like 3 or 4 at one time and I have to stop myself!! They taste just like the Green Apple Jolly Rancher candy! Now far as the Sea Moss &Apple cider benefit if it is working then it’s on a very subtle level. I’m dealing with Chronic Fatigue and Chronic Pain so I oftentimes need massive amounts of caffeine/caffeine supplements and I take all kinds of stuff daily in my hopes of finding the perfect combo of things to alleviate my symptoms. I’m taking SeaMoss gel, Seamoss tincture, Apple cider vinegar energy gummies, cbd gummies, olive leaf extract… multi vitamins and a few other things so I can’t exactly say if they are causing a major difference, but I know they can’t hurt. I’ll be re ordering.

The 1st day please take it early not late 😆 I thought it was like every other gummy out there and boy was I wrong! I took it later 4pm and had a BURST of energy and couldn't sit still for NOTHING! Each day after u get the hang of it and it gets the hang of your system as well! The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because their pretty hard and tough to chew but use your finger and keep floss on standby! Other then that I will be ordering again! It helps curve the appetite and as u take it daily it truly helps with promoting more energy boost and stamina! And yes the flavor is sweet like a gummy bear literally! Just sticky sticky and a bit more tougher then average soft gummy bear candy! Try it out!

Did not see the part where this product is NOT FDA approved. Product has nice sweet taste; however there is TOO much sugar per serving - doesn't need the 2 added sugars.Very disappointed that this gummy arrived all stuck together - I am always hesitant to purchase gummy's. It never ceases to amaze the cost of these products and they can't manage to perfect it.Product says for both adults and kids; the directions state "for adults, take 2 gummies." There is not a recommendation for kids (except keep out of reach of kids). To me it appears that this product is not recommended for kids.I will not purchase these again.

This has changed my life

These things taste amazing. Makes it very hard to not overdose 🤣. Luckily there isnt much that would bother you if you did eat too many. Definitely made my nails grow faster. Slight improvement on inflammation. Great ingredient combination.
