My daughter loves this toy but it stopped walking (only makes noise now) and Amazon said they would not send a replacement. Unfortunate because it was a fun toy while it lasted.

Lola is an ok product just wish she could do more.

My brother bought this for my daughters birthday... when it arrived the box was all in Italian... the dog only responds to Italian language... the description never said it was not an English toy... somewhat upset ...

Just for those reading earlier reviews I have received the English packaging version for my recent order (Nov 16) supplied by Amazon. Not opened yet so can't comment on how good it is to play with, but it looks pretty good. The bigger version Lucy is brilliant, daughters both love it.

This was a birthday gift for a seven year old girl and she was extremely happy with it. I don't know how kids do it, but she knew exactly what she had to do to get it to work straight out of the packaging.

We didn't know how it works until few weeks ago.. you need to use new batteries, just to make sure, and you have to follow this steps:- Say to the dog: LolaWait for her reply with a barkThen give her a commandWorks every time

For some reason I can not contact seller. I brought for my daughters birthday today and it isn't working. We have taken it out the box to see if it's switched on and it is and still not working. Very disappointed and we have a very disappointed daughter.
