I bought this for my nephew, who was upgrading from a cheap Walmart board to this one and he definitely noticed a difference and was very pleased.

I grew up riding skateboards with friends, so when my daughter showed interest in skateboarding, I did some research on what was available and happily purchased this one. It did not disappoint. Back in my day, good skateboards were pricey. From the decks to the trucks and the wheels / bearings, one could spend a small fortune. This brand, while not one of the majors, seems to be comparable to some of the more expensive lines that I grew up with. Getting my daughter off of her device and playing outside; priceless.So sure, this skateboard will get some scratches, and chips. If you or your kids experience this normal wear and tear. Congratulations! This means you or your kids are having fun.My daughter is more of a sidewalk surfer, than a half pike flyer, but I’m sure this board will hold up to the latter, but I wouldn’t abuse it. Wooden decks have their limitations no matter what brand.All in all, If you’re looking for a skateboard to get your kids outside and into the sport. I recommend this board.

These boards don't get ahead of you on flat or gentle slopes, so they are great for beginners and kids. They are running the small, hard wheels that don't have much give on rough asphalt or concrete margins. My kids seem to enjoy them but they have complained about rough terrain.
