I got this more for the aesthetics because I didn’t believe it would relieve my pain. I have a knee which with all the cold spells we’ve been getting acts up and it got really bad the second time to the point everybody was asking me if I was ok getting up. When I got this I noticed my knee hurt less within a few hours, I wore it for two days ( taking it off at night) and the pain is none-existent. My knee is still “there” but it doesn’t freeze up on me or cause me true pain. I can get up and down with no more issues than when my knee is “good” (which for everyone else with perfect knees is probably not). I cannot where it everyday as I work in places that it’s not allowed, but I where it when I need it and sometimes when I just want to feel a little closer to my cat (as it was similar to her patterning). I’m so happy I got this. I don’t think it can “cure” the problem but it’s amazing how some little magnets can help with pain relief. I wear it on my left hand.
