I only knock off a star as I've not tried them in the snow yet (and won't for another few weeks). But they are lovely & fluffy inside, standard 'sock knit' outside, with a thick sole. They stretch well, so fit outside leggings or trousers. I look forward to toasty feet this winter!

As good as the more expensive premium branded socks that offer the same tog level.These were the first socks to keep me warm, I use them while working outdoors and riding my motorbike and I have found them to be incredibly warm. Would recommend for poor circulation or for people out in all weathers

I like them fine, under boots in cold weather, and around the house as slippers. They do "moult" though, as you will appreciate when running the hoover around. I doubt they will last very long, but they serve their purpose very well, and they're inexpensive for what they are.

Really really warm, much warmer than my cheaper thermal socks. Haven't worn them for an extended period yet, but hope to find out this winter if they are durable inside as well as out

Took these to a festival with me recently and they certainly did a good job. Whether I was wearing wellies or silly canvas shoes, my feet were always warm and I never felt a drop of water on my feet. They are fairly thick and it was a squeeze to get my feet into normal shoes with them on, but this is a small price to pay for having constantly warm feet!

These socks keep my feet warm, and are very comfortable inside boots.My only criticism is that they're not very durable, so you have to be prepared for subsequent purchases.

buy a pair every year to get me through the winter, walk around the house in them and wear them out so definitely comfortable to wear for as long as want.
