Song of the Sea: The Graphic Novel (Cartoon Saloon’s Irish Folklore) Paperback – March 7, 2023

I bought this for my 9yo daughter who has read it multiple times now. The imagery and story are very imaginative and has a good morale. There is also a movie based on this book, which sticks pretty close to the story.I would recommend this to the little reader in your life.

I noted in a different review that I own these movies on Blu Ray but alas do not have a Blu Ray reader. I had wanted to actually see this film for years at this point, so decided to at least get the graphic novel, based on other reviews. I am very glad I did:The graphics are lovely, and I can still follow the plot line well. They are very graceful stories that are not overly overt with their (also very real) themes of acceptance and love. Even if ever get a blu-ray player that is compatible with my computer, I will still be happy to have gotten these graphic novel versions.

My oldest son loved these films, in particular Song of the Sea. Gave him this and he read 3 times in a row. Great art and keeps him interested in reading

My daughter loved the movie first and so we got this as a gift. It is beautiful and she loved reading it.

We bought this book for our kiddo. We love the movie and are so happy there's a book finally! The book follows the movie line by line (comic book format) and there's a little extra too. The pictures, which are screen shots from the movie, are beautiful. The book came in perfect condition, though my photos show some wear. It's been traveling with us everywhere, everyday BUT is still holding strong. I would definitely recommend getting this book.

Cute visuals and creative story

This book came with a rip on the cover but I glued it. I absolutely love the art so much! I haven’t read it yet, but I know I’m going to LOVE it!

The art in this is very well done. I've purchased graphic novels for Wolfwalkers and Secret of Kells as well, and they are equally impressive.
