Not good
It worked for almost a month perfectly and then started losing its charge. It does not work while it’s charging. New issue that happened today is that the item started by itself twice spilling water all over.

Works great!
I purchased this product bc I didn't want a huge water container as our water purchase will be temporary. This was cheaper and less of a hassle than a large water dispenser. This little spout works perfectly! I was intially afraid I'd have to set down a towel to catch any leaks on the floor (our bottle sits on the floor) but there haven't been any leaks! However the spout doesn't fit snugly on the 5gal bottle BUT its not a problem at all. It fits nicely enough that its no issue. It functions and it sooo easy to use. Drop the water line into the jug, place the spout on the jug, plug it in and start using it. It doesn't require you to hold down the button either as its dispensing. You can press it and release then press it again to stop the water. One thing I can't review is its battery life. I keep mine plugged in so idk how long it would last on one charge. HIGHLY recommend.

Water dispenser
Really good dispenser. Charges fast and lasts for a good amount of time before having to charge again. Easy installation.

I don't think the tubing is food grade.
Is it easy to use? YesIs it easy to install? YesBut... It makes my water taste horrible. This product works well right out of the box. It came with a blue cap and fit my 5-gallon water bottle beautifully. That being said, there needs to be more information about the tubing that comes with the pump. It was very soft and flexible but made my water taste like nostalgia... Those days I drank from the water hose as a kid, but worse. We have well water with a high mineral content, so we use 5 gallon jugs of filtered water. When we tested with a water tester we got the following results:Tap (well) water: 188ppmFiltered water poured directly from the jug: 11ppmWater pumped through this product (from the same jug as above): 13ppmThis implies that there's something in the system that is being added to the water. It tested the same after I flushed a gallon of filtered water through the pump system.I'm letting the tube sit in baking soda overnight and will rinse it well before reattaching it to the unit and testing again tomorrow. If that doesn't help, I will attempt to find a replacement tube that is food grade, though I'm not sure the size of the tubing as the listing doesn't give these specs.EDIT:Even after letting it sit in baking soda for about 48 hours, it still had that rubber hose taste. It's only after running about 20 gallons of water through it that the taste has faded.

Water pump
So far so good! Stays charged for a long time. A different pump I ordered didn't even last three months before quitting charging. I hope this one will last, if not, I'll update my review
