Never seen or heard of anything similar. These are so comfortable! Not only do they separate yoeur fella from your testicles, which keeps things cooler, but the material is so soft and comfortable. They don't rise up in the groin and I've worn them in all heats, as a very active PE teacher, and highly recommend them. Other equally comfortable are cheaper, but they are still decent value.
