Works really well, few tips, if its a hot day leave it and the two tubes of mastic in the sun for a while it makes it more pliable. When you fit the mastic nossil I recommend cutting the end to make it a bigger flow so a larger bead.I have a 7.5 ft width door and one tube of mastic was plenty!Lay it out, cut it with a stanly blade, mark the floor with a permanent marker, mastic between the lines, then press it down, done!

Pretty easy to fit. Only just done it so longer term will be when car drives over it

Having suffered from a flooded garage in the recent heavy storms, I decided it was time to do something about it!!!I removed the old, rotting wooden threshold bar and replaced it with this solid rubber seal. Great quality, easy to fit, not too difficult to cut and once fitted, should last a lifetime. At the same time, I fitted a brush seal to the sides of the garage door, and so now, hopefully, come hell and high water, my garage should remain dry!!!Highly recommended.

My garage is at the bottom of a steep drive and flooded every time it rained. It would have been easy to fit this produce in an ideal situation, but unless you have that, be prepared to struggle and to use quite a lot of extra sealant (which is not provided) but I feel that the effort was worth it. There are some small leaks, but overall the gush of water has been diverted.

Really good quality threshold strip. I have a new garage door and needed a good seal at the bottom to keep the weather out. This was easy to fit and does the job really well. Definitely recommended.

Easy to install. I recommend laying flat for a couple days to flatten it out as it comes rolled up. As I used almost all 9' of this, a second tube would be good to ship with this item. I ended up ordering one separately. All in all I used about 1.5 tubes of sealer. The rubber cuts really easily with a sharp Stanley blade and installation is simple. I think it took me about 15 minutes start to finish.

A solid product that performs as expected. I had a roller shutter which let a little air in underneath and when open, leaves blew in. Once I’d trimmed and stuck down the threshold seal, the wind didn’t get in and the leaves come in less often. A good product.
