Count the parts upon arrival
These knobs are great, but I've ordered them twice and had missing parts both times. First order was missing a couple of long screws (and I need all 25), and the replacement order was missing 4 knobs. My dumb butt is going to try one more time, because I like the knobs. Hopefully 3rd time will be the charm.
