Decent kit - Good value for money
This is a pretty decent kit! I would not necessarily recommend to children, or those who would like a simple project to build in an afternoon. This can be completed in an afternoon, but if you would like a satisfying end product, you will need to devote time to painting & sanding.I have had a few pieces fit improperly, requiring me to sand them down to fit. No problem for me, but this may be more work than many people are willing to undertake for such an inexpensive kit.The plastic quality is less than ideal - it has nothing on the quality of my similarly priced tamiya kit.Regardless, this is a very fun kit to build. Experienced modellers will want something more, so this kit is great for those starting out!

Very basic
Well, if you buy this, i hope you like painting so you can spend some time on it, as whle it's a good replica, it's only 20 parts (10 of those are the wheels hubs/tyers/axles), yes plastic axles, this can be thrown together in a few mins, oh and no chromed plastic included for bumpers/fenders, headlight surounds or wheels as shown on the artwork.Glad i didn't pay full price for it, i'd of been very disapointed.

Good
It’s ok, not great material and does not come with glue

Poor quality
Flimsy , wheels fall off and would not recommend. Normally these products made by Revell are excellent, solid and durable but this one was poor quality

Nice but Complicated
This was a purchase on behalf of my 10 year old grandson, he has thoroughly enjoyed the exercise in assembling and partially finishing the model, unlike me his aging grandfather who could have appreciated much clearer and straightforward assembly instructions. A testing challenge and hard I think for most adults and experienced model makers.

not for begginers, molds way past their best
very old tooling for this kit and it really shows, loads of flash, mold lines and a very swirly surface on the car body. this is nothing an experienced modeler cant deal with but it does require a lot of work to get a good result, definitely not for beginnersdo feel the kit is a bit overpriced for what it is really, it has a modern pretty box and nice instructions and decals tho, airfix do a 1/32 beetle that is also an old repop but was far cleaner and needed a lot less work than this kit, I wanted this year model of beetle tho and airfix one is earlier and has a lot of styling differences.its not a completely awful model but be aware of what your getting yourself into. and yes the wheels do actually roll, think I saw someone say that they dont

I expected better....
Poor quality falls short of either traditional airfix or easier 'legoesque' option.I wanted a quick kit for my son and I to put together. Plastic felt weak and poor quality and although has a '3' for difficulty, the most annoying part of airfix (water based transfers) are included. Why they didn't have stickers I will never know.
