Worked well for hiking in Yosemite
I bought this just for my trip to Yosemite National Park since we would be hiking for long periods of time without access to water. I'm sure glad I had this as it worked pretty well for my use case. The only thing that I did not like about it was it was pretty hard to refill with just one person doing it, but not impossible. Although I'm not sure how you would overcome this with any other product. It arrived in new condition and didn't have to much of a plastic taste in the water on the first fill. I washed it out a few times and after that everything was good. It did not leak at all and it fit perfectly in my small backpack. I was actually able to fit two of them into my backpack. The mouthpiece felt good and it has a little protective piece that goes over the end so dirt doesn't get in it while not in use. The hose was the perfect length to go over my shoulder so I could easily get a drink. I'm not sure on durability, but I would imagine it should last awhile if you take care of it. After each use I would dump any remaining water out and hang it upside down to dry. I think it's a good value for what you get.

No leaks yet, and the insulated straw is awesome!
I bought this to replace a similar water bladder that started leaking. This one seems slightly sturdier/thicker than that one, and the insulated straw is absolutely amazing. I run in Florida, so without the insulation, by the time I drink the water in the straw, it's hot. Then I'm satiated for that point and end up leaving the cold water in the straw still, and by the time I drink it, it's warm again! I used this on a feels-like-93* slow 7-miler, and all my sips were cold. Hallelujah! The only down side is that you can't see if anything might be dirty inside because it's covered in the black neoprene to insulate. Just make sure to thoroughly clean it when you get back from your run/hike/whatever and you should be fine though. I'll update this if it ends up leaking too.

Easy and quick replacement
My original drink bladder cracked at the base. This was an easy and quick replacement that has been very reliable since I installed it. One rinse and there was no aftertaste on the first use. The two pack gives me an immediate spare as well. Recommended

Doesn’t hold 2L as advertised
After two day hikes and one trial run at home, it holds up fine without leaks.Unboxing it, it’s packaged nicely and comes with an extra mouthpiece. The connecting hose is difficult to “snap” in. I wrestled with it for a few minutes just to get it to stay in place. I filled the bladder completely with a vinegar & water solution, then let it sit for about 10-15 minutes before letting it drain through the hose. Afterwards, I rinsed it out and let it dry. Taking it out the the trail for the first time, it held up great. It doesn’t hold a true 2 liters. The wide opening makes it easy to fill the bladder, but water spills out when you try to screw the cap back on. Only 1.5 to 1.6 liters of water was able to fill the bladder. I like that it lasted all day and the water didn’t taste like plastic.Pros: easy to fill, you can even put ice in it first, doesn’t have plastic tasteCons: connector hose is difficult to “snap” in, doesn’t hold a full 2L

Very good bladder but get a cleaning kit
The cap makes it so much easier to open/close and fill up than the previous bladder I owned, which folded over at the top and required a sliding lock. The tube plugging into the bottom of the bag and having a release mechanism is also another improvement over my previous bladder. I ordered the 2L because I only use bladders for dayhikes, and it is a bit of a tight fill, since the way the cap is placed you gotta fill it up to the point where the water is about to overflow if you want to get the full 2L, but after a couple of times you get used to it.The tube is capped with rubber at both ends, covering the insulation cloth. This makes it hard to wash the tube or even see if you're getting mold in there, since the cover is always on. If the caps and cover are removable or not, I'm not sure, because the instructions printed on the bladder make no mention of dissasembling the tube/hose and I don't want to risk it and break something. I used to freeze my old hose without issues, but in this case I'd rather not, so I've bought the cleaning kit.
