As a retired mechanic who worked at a nuclear power plant for 31 years, I found this book to be creative, interesting, funny and detailed. It brought back a flood of memories of working at a nuke plant. I especially appreciated the ball-busting that I grew accustomed to having worked in a maintenance shop for so long!

I love the locker room banter and hugely funny pranks played on each other, which creates a sense of calm routine before the unthinkable happens. Only someone with a comprehensive knowledge of the inner workings of a nuclear power plant could conceive such a brilliant plot. One finds oneself right there next to the brave men and women fighting to save the facility.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Having worked in the nuclear industry for 30 plus years, I understood all of the technical details, and many of amusing interactions between various personnel are typical of the things you see and hear. It was a captivating read as I immersed myself in the story as if it were happening in real time at my own facility. Couldn't put it down until the emergency was over!

The author has a style of his own. It’s almost like he’s there in the same room telling you about day to day antics in his time supporting nuclear plant maintenance. Next thing you know, you’re on the edge of your seat, turning pages as quick as you can, to see what happens next. Well done! Looking forward to the author’s next novel.

One of those rare books that is funny and whimsical, yet grips you and hangs on! Makes you wish it was three hundred pages! Having worked in the nuclear power business for 38 years, it was like living it all over again! Really took me back, I could close my eyes and see the places and faces with each passing page! Can’t wait to see what’s next!

The author shines through in an exemplifying perfectionist way. This magnificent book was a thrill ride of emotions and immersion of true people skills. The author is genuine in delivery and holds you throughout the process,never leaving you mentally stranded like some authors. This has been a joy to read..can only hope for more of this author.

It was a well written book!! Believe me, to keep MY interest it'd have to be!!!Loved trying to line up Triumph Nuclear with areas I already knew about. Facts thrown in with banter was what sold it for me!!!!Makes me want more!
