Remote controls are sticky and temperamental, making it a chore to experiment with the different variations. Good concept but a bit exasperating.

Although the bulbs themselves emit a pleasant light source, the REMOTE CONTROLS we received with all four bulbs we ordered are proving to be VERY UNRELIABLE. All four remote control units we received regularly STOP WORKING and the only way we can get them working again is to eject the battery and re-insert the battery from the remote control units which gets them working briefly again, which is a complete nuisance and annoyance. So these were an expensive waste of money for us due to all the remote control units being so unreliable.

Really fantastic array of colours and nice bright almost daylight option - my only gripe is that the brightness of the mixed colours even at a high level is considerably lower than the bright white. Great for lower light situations cozy or party atmosphere.I've actually bought 4 of these now both bayonet fittings and Edison screw versions - all are working from one remote and give me loads of mood options for the room.

Great bulbs. My son loves that he can turn his light off without the need to get out of bed. Plus the variation of colours is great.

I just wanted bulbs that can be turned on and off remotely (allowing me to read in bed and go to sleep without getting up to turn off the light(s), so although I didn't purchase them to use the other features (variable colour, flashing, timer etc) I had a little play around and they all work. I would guess they be useful if you're having a house-party and want a disco room. The brighness is sufficient for my purpose.Unfortunately, one of the remotes didn't work, so I had to subtract one star from the review, but in my particular case I didn't need the second remote anyway (I control both bulbs independently using separate zones).I bought these bulbs to light a bedroom that's almost pitch-black (black-out curtains), and soon noticed that it's impossible to know which way around the remote is when I can't see it., so had to fiddle around until it got the correct orientation and found the ON button. A tip to the manufacturers for a future improvement would be to add a notch/raised stub to one end of the remote to they can be found by touch alone (and/or put the ON/OFF buttons on their own row at one end). Basically ask the question - 'Can I easily find the ON button with my eyes closed'?I'd buy these again if I needed more.

Great lights . The remotes took a bit of time to understand but now are fantastic. My girls love being able to control everything from anywhere
