TM3 monitor replacement for original VC monitor on my water rower
When I unboxed the TM3, it contained the monitor , the charging cable and a small magnet.I installed the monitor but there were no instructions to install the magnet, Although I know a magnet is needed, I thought that maybe the magnet that is used with the VC monitor to accurately count the strokes might be sufficient so I installed it with out the magnet to see if I really needed it. When I started to row, I saw that the stroke count was not accurate. It only detected every other other stroke. I could not find any instructions on how to install the magnet on the company web site. I was getting ready to return the product but before I did that, I went to Youtube and I found that the company did have a video on how to install the magnet. Once installed, the TM3 monitor works flawlessly. Therefore, I can recommend this monitor for water rowers. PS: Before I went to YouTube, I went to Redit to see if I could get more information. What I found was that others had the same issue but no solutions.The TM3 Monitor works well, therefore I would recommend that the company include information that directs the consumer to their very good YouTube video.

Rowing machine computer only need better assembly instructions
The computer looks great, but it might need help from manufacturer to install it.Please contact manufacturer if you need to understand return policy.Please notice, manufacturer might have updated the assembly instructions by the time you read this.If so, add one or more stars in addition to my review.
