This package contains 13 rose gold foil balloons in letter shapes. The balloons will come flat and inflating will be needed. Perfect addition to the party to make it picture perfect! These balloons come with tabs so you can either hang them using strings or stick them on the wall. These balloons are to be filled with air only as they will not float with helium. To inflate the balloons, simply insert a straw into the plastic valve at the bottom of the letter and slowly blow into it. When the balloon is sufficiently inflated, pull out the straw and pinch the self sealing plastic valve. The balloons will stay inflated for days.
