Helps Regulate Sleep- Powerful- You're Paying A Lot For the Jar
Years ago, my kids' Indian pediatrician turned us on to Ashwagandha, and in recent years it's become a health huge craze. I have always taken it to help me get back on a good sleep schedule. This stuff has a powerful way of resetting your internal clock. The first thing I want to say about this product is I LOVE the glass jar. This is not a product I use with great frequency, and I want this stuff to stay fresh for a long time. This jar helps make that happen, and this is EXACTLY the type of product where freshness matters a lot. Why?Because Ashwaghanda powder, when it dries out too much, it becomes almost completely insoluble in water. You literally can't stir it into a liquid. It forms clumps of powder that do not dissolve which adds a whole new dimension to the grossness of trying to drink it. This product is very soluble for Ashwagandha powder, which makes a huge difference when you're trying to drink it. Some people mix this into smoothies. In my opinion, this stuff tastes so terrible, I don't want to ruin a smoothie or anything else with it. Nothing can mask this stuff. It's just awful. I prefer to mix it in water and get it over as fast as possible. Not everything that is good for you is pleasant, and just my opinion, the powder is faster working and more effective than taking it in a capsule. You just need to learn to embrace the bitter nastiness and all the health benefits it brings. The only negative in my mind and why I am taking off a star is that this jar is only about between 1/2 and 2/3 full. If the maker is going to wax poetic on the jar about their commitment to the environment, they should fill the jar full of powder to use fewer jars or use smaller jars to use less glass. This product is so much more expensive than other organic Ashwagandha powders on Amazon. You can buy a pound of organic powder in a pouch from other vendors for less than this 4 ounce jar. Now, I looked up these jars and they ARE expensive. It is a really awesome jar, and you can use it to store Ashwaghanda or other things that require freshness in the future. I just think for the price, they could have put another two ounces in.

great way to get your ashwagandha
i've been an ashwagandha fan for awhile but this is my first time taking it in a pure form. and i love it. i blend this in with my shakes in the morning - it's just a quarter teaspoon so it in no way changes the flavor. i don't recommend sticking your nose in the bottle to decide if you will like the flavor - you won't. just blend it with other things - the lose dose is easy. i feel like this product is more about the bottle than the ashwagandha though - it's cool and apparently extends shelf life. since there are over 100 servings in the bottle, this is probably a very good thing. if you know you enjoy taking ashwagandha - i think this is a great option to get your daily dose. for me - i take it as a mood balancer, it's not like taking an anti-depressant that changes your mood, it's just more of a balance to make the day a little easier to cope with ... i need this - i am easy to anger and sad so i will take the ease of a balancer vs a chemical.

Blends Well
I recently ordered the pure ashwagandha supplement from Sunbliss Superfood and gave it to my son who lifts weights to use, and he has noticed a significant improvement in his overall health and wellness. As someone who is conscious about what he puts in his body, he loves that this adaptogenic superfood powder is made with certified organic ashwagandha roots sourced in India and contains no fillers, binders, or additives.I too have used it but was initially hesitant to try ashwagandha due to its naturally bitter taste yet have found that blending it into a smoothie or a protein shake with fruit counteracts the bitterness.I also appreciate that Sunbliss prioritizes quality and sustainability, with their ashwagandha root powder being USDA-certified organic and non-GMO, and sustainably packaged in a reusable, biophotonic violet glass jar that protects the supplement from light and extends its shelf life.Overall, I highly recommend Sunbliss Superfood's pure ashwagandha supplement for anyone looking to add an ayurvedic superherb to their daily routine and prioritize their health and wellness.

Takes time to work
This seems like a good product, I mix it with my smoothies in the morning but I did just start using this product so i can’t say I notice a difference. One thing to be aware of, this product defiantly has a funky smell and taste.

Mixes easily, no taste
Mixes easily into my smoothies, no discernible taste that I can notice, but I do mix it with fruit and protein so it may just be covered.Easier form to take than pills for me.Packaging is done well.

Helps improve my sleep quality
I've been using this for about a month and I have noticed that most nights I'm able to fall asleep faster and I'm more calm/relaxed than I've been in a long time.

Ashwagandha without the extra fillers...
Totally new to ashwagandha but have been hearing a lot of positive things about it more and more. Decided to give it a try for sleep, stress reduction, and overall health improvement benefits. This ashwagandha powder comes in a great jar. It's made of a dark color glass to keep damaging light away from the powder inside. One cool thing is that the maker actually suggests reusing the jar after it has been emptied. Other pluses are that it's: USDA certified organic, gluten free, vegan, and non GMO verified. The ingredients list couldn't be any simpler, no fillers, just ashwagandha root powder. Of which, there is supposed to be 113 servings in the container. As noted elsewhere, and in the product description, this stuff does not taste the greatest. It's not the worst either. Since it's usually best to just get it over with, the recommended serving size when into water and down the hatch. One thing to note is that the ashwagandha powder doesn't always mix that well in liquid but it can be done. The ashwagandha powder does seem to be helping though according to some internet research the full effects may take a few weeks. Anyway, it seems to be a good product so far and there have been no complaints...
