I take a statin drug so it’s Important to take CoQ10 since statin drugs deplete this from our systems which is so vital to prevent muscle cramps. I have used several brands and was still having issues with leg cramps so bad UNTIL I found your brand. I also love the fact that this also has turmeric which I also take but now can take less pills and also save money. So glad I found this~no more muscle cramps and save money and less pills! I bought this since I am taking 200mg three times a day and wanted to consolidate the number of capsules. It says 200mg on the front but the serving size is two pills. Lame.
