Quick fix.
I used this on a shed roof which butted up to a wall of a building.Easy to apply and is presently water tight, we will see how good adhesive is over the coming months but looks OK.

Expensive, Easy to Use, Decent Adhesion
My roof had a tear in the lining -the black woven material, I'm not sure what its called, sorry. After researching on Youtube and looking into buying a similar product from Screwfix. I decided this would be a better purchase as others recommended this was better than the one supplied at Screwfix. I will not be able to compare on that. However, I found the tape was easy to use, easy to cut and install. Trick is to put the tape when its not too hot or too cold. I put the tape when it was 1 degree so, I had to use a hair dryer and rub the tape onto the torn material so it sticks. It was easy enough but the tape didn't hold for much longer. It may be due to the weather condition (this year it has rained a lot in the UK, South East England). Thankfully, there wasn't any leak in my roof so this job did the trick. I will revisit the attic next year and give it another layer.I wish it would stick really firm but it was a bit of a struggle again this could be due to the weather.Overall, easy to use, little expensive but compared to the cost of having a roofer this is more economical.Note: If you see that your roof is leaking, get a professional roofers opinion prior to making any changes.

Flash!
You have to make a plan before starting. Don't attempt to roll out a full length because you won't get a second chance, it's very sticky. It's certainly getting a test even though October is only 3 days old! Doesn't leak at the moment and looks good too.

It sticks to any dry surface
Great sticking ability, however can be hard to manipulate, don't get me wrong it's great stuff, being a roofer i use this daily, and it will last, just don't prod it too such into corners
