Excellent product..arrived quickly and definitely made me feel better for taking them. Some of the vitamin Pills are large to swallow.

Since taking these I feel I have more energy and despite everyone having a cold around me I have not caught it. Wonderful.

My husband takes these and they seem to be very good for him.

i dont know what ingredient is in this product which changes my skin tone. I become very dark and also my skin looks like i have a rash. Had to discontinueIm sure its a great product as I use the Female balance with no problem at all.

I take these because they're good quality vitamins and minerals BUT the tablets are huge and taste strongly of yeast. Both these factors make me gag and I find it very hard to make myself take them once a day, never mind twice a day as one should. Do not understand why these expensive tablets cannot be smaller and coated to remove all taste. Even if it means taking four at a time instead of three, it would be much more preferable.

Sufficient for 28 days, taking twice a day.An excellent way to take the guess work out of what your body needs for optimum nutrition.The tablets are pretty big to swallow and do have a bit of a strange taste, the oil/liquid capsule is the same size but seems to slip down easier.
