Caution.
This product is not safe if you suffer from any mood disorder or mental illness. It's only written in small letters on the box. The Brain Food capsules contain tmg, amongst others, that can disrupt conventional medicine or mood disorders. I've just stopped using the brain food, green capsules, after a nightmare week.
