Summer Infant Slumber Melodies Lamb

Fantastic, my son is 8 months old and he never had a nap longer then 10 mins in the day and wake every hour through the night and would not settle untill in my bed, with this lamb he sleeps all night and naps for about an hour so happy with this product

After searching through lots of products for a lullaby based sleep aid we brought the summer infant lamb. It’s great that you can remove the music device to wash the lamb. The music plays for 20 minutes and you can select if you want the cry sensor on or not. Out of the three music tunes two are lovely (one is a little too high for us) - lovely soft sounds and great adjustable volume. Can’t comment on battery life yet as we’ve not had it long.

Okay so. The battery life is just awful even if the cry sensor isn't on. I've never lasted more than two weeks without having to change them and it becomes completely unusable when the batteries go because the sounds become something out of nightmares. The sounds when the batteries are working are great, very soothing and relaxing on both the nature sounds and lullabies. It's very cuddly and extremely cute though a little bigger than I expected. It's real down side is that when the cry sensor activates it doesn't remember what settings you left it on it just cycles through all the lullabies which makes it useless for nap time. Still a better price and nicer sounds than many out there.

I was excited to find a product which would have the white noise and motion sensor as white noise has been the answer to sleep prayers. But when the lamb arrived I found the instructions difficult and couldn't work out why it wouldn't switch off. It was until a few days later that the batteries started to run down very quickly that I realised the switch is meant to have 3 settings. There is only 2 settings on mine so it can't be swit he'd off. Therefore, I am unable to know if it is on or just the 'try me' options which only stays on a short time. I was very disappointed and it has been hardly used for that reason.

If I could give no stars I would!! Ordered this for my baby....it arrived, only to find that it didn’t work, I assumed that maybe the batteries had died!! Only when I opened up the back I was faced with a mountain of battery acid!! Was so bad!! Gave them the benifit of the doubt...you know sometimes youDo come across things that don’t work. They sent me out another...and again!! Faced with the batteries leaked all over the place! This was & is for babies!! Not great!!

Our toddler loves it. We previously had "Ewan the Dream sheep" and he pulled out the wiring from the inside. With this Infant slumber lamb there is no wiring to pull out, and its really good. Cry activation has worked a treat!

This was an absolutely amazing soother for our newborn baby as soon as we got out of hosptial. Our newborn loved the songs and would instantly go to sleep. Unfortunately after three weeks the wiring became faulty and it stopped working. Disappointing not only for us but also our baby whos nighttime routine had become based around her favourite lamb

Hard to review property as the product I received is not the same as the one shown. I was sent the new deluxe model for some reason which does not attach to a cot but needs to sit on a table beside the cot. Night lights are good with 3 colours to choose from but the sounds are far too loud and the switch only has 2 settings, which are both loud.I only use the heartbeat sounds as the lullabies aren’t soothing.
